Position: Research Associate, Scaling City Institutions for India: Water and Sanitation (SCI-FI)

Educational Qualification
  • Master’s degree in social sciences including Sociology, Anthropology, Gender Studies, Women Studies, Dalit studies, Social Work, Development Studies, Economics or Public Policy etc.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in the social development sector Ability to read widely across disciplines and review relevant literature
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of MS office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) is essential
  • Advanced knowledge of SPSS and/or STATA and other quantitative tools is essential
  • Prior professional experience in WASH sector will be an advantage
  • Experience in advocacy and policy development will be desirable
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English and Hindi will be essential

Selection Criteria/Application process: This is full time, contractual job for a year. This position is for Delhi.
