- Employees retired in Level 10/11 from Traffic (Operating) Cadre of Ralways or CRIS, have complete working knowledge of railway operations, specially coaching working and functions of Zones, Divisions, Sheds and Stations etc. are eligible to apply.
- Working knowledge of computer is essential.
- The applicant should have retired from Indian Railways/ CRIS on or after 31.3.2020
- The engaged person shall be entrusted with the following responsibilities :
- Helpdesk Team Management
- Communication with Railways, application testing, Domain Knowledge sharing etc.
- Helping in administrative work (Procurement proposals, Work Estimates, bill processing, etc.
- Engagement in shift duties (24 x 7 x 365) for smooth functioning of the helpdesk.
