All India Institute of Medical Sciences, AIIMS New Delhi

i) 2nd class Master Degree with Ph.D in a relevant subject (Bioinformatics) from a recognized university.
ii) 1st class Master Degree in life Science (Bioinformatics) from a recognized university 
OR
iii) B.E. / B.Tech with min. 60 % marks from a recognized university or equivalent.

Desirables : 
i) Exp. in Bioinformatics/ NGS data analysis/ System Biology/ Computer Science/ Statistics with exp. in Machine learning/ AI project.
ii)Exp. of deep learning applications in biological data (image/text)
iii) Proficient in R/Python machine learning libraries.
iv) Prior exp. in cancer related project (ML based) will be advantageous.
v) Exp. with pytorch/ tensorflow will be highly desirable.
vi) Candidate should have strong scientific writing and verbal skills
vii) Papers in sci-indexed journals demonstrating ML skill sets.
viii) Database handling will be plus but not required.
