Educational Qualification

Civil/Electrical/Mechanical : Three years diploma in Civil/PHE/Environmental/Electrical/Mechanical (HVAC) Engineering with minimum 60% marks from Government recognized University/Institute with site experience.
Candidates in Civil/PHE/Environmental Engineering should have experience in all aspects of project management including civil/structural works, PHE, tendering & monitoring, execution of large projects etc
In case of Electrical Engineering, candidates must have experience in design/execution of electrical works in large multi-storied institutional buildings in the field of internal and external electrification works including HT/LT installation work, DG sets etc.
In Mechanical Engineering, candidates must be having experience in designing/execution of mechanical (HVAC) works in large multi-storied buildings etc.
Graduate Engineers in Civil/PHE/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from Government recognised University/Institute having minimum 3 years of experience can also apply.

BSL : Three years diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from Government recognized University/Institute.
The candidate must have experience in handling BSL laboratories & vaccine manufacturing and testing facilities with knowledge of validating of BSL & manufacturing units. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed at least one such unit in India or abroad under their supervision.
Graduate Engineers in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks from Government recognised University/Institute having minimum 3 years of experience can also apply.

IT : Bachelor in Computer Applications/ Bachelor’s Degree with Post graduate Diploma in Computer Applications/IT/Three years diploma in E&C Engineering with minimum 60% marks from Government recognized University/Institute. Candidates should have experience in computer networking, system integration, software development etc. Candidates should be well versed in management and upkeep of the information system/ communication systems including web design, data base, software, hardware, network and allied equipment. Graduate Engineers in IT/Computer Science/E&C Engineering/MCA with minimum 60% marks from Government recognised University/Institute having minimum 3 years of experience can also apply

 Procurement : Three years diploma in Bio-Medical Engineering/ Instrumentation and Control Engineering with minimum 60% marks having experience in maintenance of medical equipment in hospitals, handling procurement assignments i.e. bid documentation, tendering, inspection and testing, logistics support, follow up with client for approval and payments etc. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in handling procurement of medicines, medical equipment and other instruments related to hospitals and laboratories. Graduate Engineers in Bio-Medical Engineering/Instrumentation and Control Engineering with minimum 60% marks from Government recognised University/Institute having minimum 3 years of experience can also apply.

Sr. exe. Asstt. (Finance) : CA-inter/ICWA-Inter with knowledge of direct & indirect taxes, income tax, service tax, labour cess, GST etc. The candidate should also be conversant with tendering procedure in PSU/Government organization and familiar with computerized system.
CA/ICWA/MBA {Finance with minimum 60% marks} with minimum 3 years of experience can also apply.

 Sr. Exe. Assist. (HR) : BBA/Bachelor’s degree with two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management from reputed university/institute with specialization in HRM/PM/IR as major subject with minimum 60% marks. The candidate should have experience of working in PSU/Govt/large private sector organization of repute. Functional capabilities should be inclusive of thorough knowledge of labour laws and Establishment matters, Disciplinary matters, manpower planning, Performance Management etc.
Candidates with MBA (HR) having minimum 60% marks from reputed University/Institute with minimum 3 years of experience can also apply.
