Educational Qualification

Degree in law (full time) from recognized university/Institute in India with minimum 50% marks or CGPA / CPI.

Post Qualifications Experience: Minimum 12 (Twelve) years post qualification experience as a Law Executive in State/ Central Government Department(s)/ Institution(s)/ Undertaking(s) and/ or Private Sector Organization(s)/ Institution(s)/ Company(ies)/ Legal Firm(s) of repute. Candidates must have hands on experience in handling litigation before different Judicial/ Quasi-Judicial Forums, Industrial/ Labour law matters, Arbitration and Conciliation matters, Drafting & vetting various legal documents, handling legal matters pertaining to Mergers, Acquisitions & Joint Ventures. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemical Industry. Candidates working in Government/ Public Sector Undertaking must have minimum one year experience in one level lower pay scale or equivalent.

Educational Qualification

a) MBA Degree with specialization in HR /Personnel Management OR
PG Degree / PG Diploma in HR / PM&IR / Labour Welfare OR
Master in Social Work with specialization in HR /Personnel Management

b) The above qualification (with min. 65% marks or CGPA / CPI as mentioned in Note below should be obtained from a recognized Institute / University (except through correspondence)

Post Qualifications Experience: 1 (One) year post-qualification experience as an Executive / Officer in HR set up of Government / Semi Government/ Public Sector Undertaking / Private Sector Undertaking of repute.
The candidate should have experience in handling various HR functions and should possess following skills:
1. Knowledge and implementation skills w.r.t. Industrial Relations, Employee Welfare, Contract Management, Administration functions etc., Labour Laws, HR Policies/ Practices/ Rules & Regulations 
2. Capability of supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
3. Conceptual clarity, excellent inter-personal and negotiation skills.
