Eligibility
1 Operation Administrative Manager shall be In-charge of all administration management of flights, pilots co-ordinations, aircraft availability, liaison with customers, briefing management etc and should have held CHPL / ATPL (H) / CPL with atleast 2500 hrs of flying experience including 1000 hrs as PIC
2 Same as above in Sr. No. 1
3 CHPL or CPL licensed Pilots having 4500 hrs of flying experience while in service or has worked as FOQA Manager in any airline for atleast 3 years.
4 CPL/CHPL licensed Pilots or AMEs Engineering graduates. Pilots having 5000 hrs of flying and Safety Experience or AMEs/ Engineering graduates having experience of working in QC, Safety, Quality Assurance, CAME etc while in service. SMS implementation in PHL, Safety audits, Risk assessment, incident investigation & other Safety Duties like development, revision of Safety, SMS and Training Manuals.
5 Should be a Graduate- an ex-armed forces / para-military / police officer or worked with an airlines / non-scheduled operator-BCAS trained in executive capacity. 
6 Basic licence (BAMEL) in a stream related to the scope of the approval, or Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification in the field of Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrument engineering. He should also have passed Paper I (Regulations) of AME licence examination. (b) For Basic licence holders with practical experience in aviation industry out of which a minimum two years in the field of instruction. For Engineering graduates, minimum of one year in the field of instruction
7 Candidates having aviation experience including sufficient experience as Instructor in Aviation Safety related trainings. Experience as CRM, DGR Awareness, Procedure Training under DGCA approval desirable.  To conduct CRM, DGR Awareness, Procedure training, Human Factor Training, SMS training, Accident Prevent & investigation training, Monsoon flying hazards training etc & other Safety Duties like development, revision of Safety, SMS, and Training Manual.

15 Fresh helicopter pilots holding current & valid CHPL shall be considered for undergoing MCF / Ground Training at the sponsored / authorized institute or at manufacture’s place to be decided by the Management.  After successful completion of said training, passing of DGCA exam or equivalent examination and conversion training with endorsement on type of helicopter being flown by Pawan Hans, they will undergo on the job flying training as qualified Co-Pilot. They will have to bear the entire cost of training including conversion training

17 Member of Institute of Company Secretaries with Professional Degree in Law having (12) twelve years post qualification executive experience out of which two years should be at the next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organisation.  Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.
18 CA / ICWA / MBA from a recognised Institution / University with specialization in Finance with 15 (Fifteen) years post qualification executive experience out of which atleast two years should be at the next below grade in IDA Scale / equivalent CDA Scale or equivalent responsibility/CTC in a large and reputed organisation.  Experience in Aviation Industry is desirable.
