Eligibility	A. Officers under the Central Govt. : i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis or ii) with 5 yrs regular service in posts in the scale of Rs 9300-34800 + GP Rs 4200/- B. Possessing any one of the following qualification : i) Pass in the SAS or equivalent examination conducted by anyone of the organized Account Dept. the Central Govt. ii) Sucessful completion of training in Cash and Accounts work in the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM) or equivalent and exp. in cash, Accounts abd budget work.
