Qualification & Exp.	Eligibility : Officers under the Central Govt. or state Govt. or Union Territory administrations or Public Sector Undertakings or recognized research institute or statutory bodies or autonomous bodied or semi govt. organization A. 1. Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or department; or 2. With five years service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in PB - 2; Rs. 9300 - 34800 with GP of Rs. 4200 or equivalent in the parent cadre or department; and B. Possessing the following educational qualifiaction and exp. 1. Pass in the subordiante Accounts Sevice examination as conducted by the organized Accounts Service plus three yra exp. in accounts and budget work in a Govt organisation; or 2. having undergone Financial management course of institution of Secretarist Training and mangement plus three yrs exp. in Accounts and Budget work in a Govt. organization; or 3. Graduate in Commerce or Business studies Economics plus three yrs in Accounts and Budget work in a Govt. organization.
